By staying at Glenard you consent to your personal data being processed by us.

The personal data we collect can include information about your identity and contact details; images/photo (including CCTV); parent/guardian contact details; previous accommodation; academic progress; nationality; language; medical data; financial information including bank account details (re. fees payment); and other personal data.

3. We use your personal data for purposes including

Your application to stay in Glenard.
To care for your dietary requirements.
To care for our staff and students.
To comply with our legal obligations.
To process appeals, resolve disputes and defend litigation etc.

4. Who we share your personal information with

An Garda Siochana, for the purpose of Garda Vetting. They may use it to verify other information they have about you, and aggregate it with other data they already hold on you.

5. Your personal data & other countries/international organisations

We do not transfer your personal data to other countries or international organisations.

6. Automated decision-making/profiling

We do not engage in automated decision making / profiling.

7. How long do we hold your data

Most personal data is destroyed at the end of the academic year. We retain some data for a longer period (i.e. retained after you leave Glenard).
